BIO

His passion for makeup started early on as a kid - marveling how the ladies in Miss Universe look so perfect and always well-coiffed.  Growing up in the Philippines, he was fascinated with colors, light, shadows, textures, shapes and how these elements create interesting images when photographed.  It helped to have a grandmother who was a power seller of cosmetics.  His love for makeup later transformed many friends & family members into celebrities in their own right. They were in awe looking at true talent.  To further expand his knowledge and skills, he assisted and trained under many successful makeup artists.  His experiences in various media allowed him to develop his own method and style.

After moving to South Florida a few years ago, he started working with many great photographers and soon built his own base of happy and satisfied clients. What defines Alvin's technique is his attention to detail and dimensional approach in applying makeup, and most importantly, his  strong medical and esthetics background. This skill allows him to understand the skin and how to make it look healthy and really beautiful.

His ability to create, collaborate, along with his positive disposition and professionalism make him an asset to any job.  Having been in the service industry for over 15 years, Alvin's goal is not only to make his clients happy but also to provide top notch service that will exceed many eclectic expectations.
